I like that they do regular patch updates for all products in one go (like Office 365). They have also been very proactive with their customer service department and quick to respond during outages or other incidents where we are running into technical issues such as failed backups/deletes etc. Sometimes it takes them a while to react but they usually get back quickly when you ask questions through chat support. The pricing structure seems odd at times because if your budget doesn't add up perfectly then there can be some big discrepancies between monthly charges depending upon what level account package you choose from. In addition sometimes upgrades don't always work correctly which results in loss revenue until fixed by an upgrade engineer who needs to manually run scripts against servers every time something goes wrong so not ideal situation! It has given us much better peace of mind knowing that there's another layer of cyber security protecting my business data now than relying solely on me doing everything myself.
