The ease in which you can monitor everything that is going wrong with our network remotely, without having to be physically at it! I've never had any issues using this product over my tenure here so far - always happy when solving an issue away form home :) Not really anything major but would like more integration into Cisco products or other 3rd party devices/services for some added security benefits if we ever need them down future (such as SSHD). Would recommend strongly especially considering their price compared against similar services out there such has Pingdom etcetera who have better support staff than pano 9's own team does overall speaking ;) Remote monitoring was one huge benefit offered by Pano before they acquired us; now its even easier due to improved features across all aspects including interface & design improvements / UX tweaks too! I like how easy it is to use. It's a one stop shop for all my monitoring needs. The only downside is that it's not as user friendly as some other products out there. If you're looking for a simple solution, this is it. We've been using it for years now and we haven't found anything negative about it. It does what it says it will do. It's very good at collecting data and providing real time alerts if something goes wrong.
