I like the easy to use interface and the fact that it has a great customer support team that is available 24/7. It is a very good tool to manage all our devices. I love that it is web-based instead of just an app! Also easy for my employees because they can use their own device or computer without being tethered to me physically at all times. This product provides me the ability to see device activity real-time and remotely, and offers remote access to those devices. The web portal is easy to navigate and intuitive to understand.
