I like the easy to use interface and the fact that it has a great customer support team that is available 24/7. It is a very good tool to manage all our devices. You can set up rules and alerts to keep an eye on anything you want. I haven't found anything I dislike so far. It's a great tool for our company. We are able to monitor and keep an eye on all our devices and keep them safe. It is very easy to use with great customer service if needed. I like that it has an app for my phone so i can see what's going on at home even when im not there. The price could be cheaper but they are still working out kinks. My only issue is that sometimes it takes too long to load or freeze up. You should try it! Its worth it! We have been able to keep track of our kids while we work by using this system.
