I love that it is web-based instead of just an app! Also easy for my employees because they can use their own device or computer without being tethered to me physically at all times. It makes managing our fleet really simple with only minor limitations. Sometimes when adding items there are errors which means we need to delete and add again but other than this not much trouble so far. We have two separate branches across multiple locations using different carriers (Tmo & Verizon). Having one central site reduces redundancy as well as confusion for both customers and associates since every location has its very own layout/designs plus some differences like hours etc.. This was great for us initially however now having everything centralized into 1 system would be even better!! Make sure before going live if everyone will still maintain access while off work due problems such as internet connectivity issues ect... Have someone else test out how many people each branch could handle simultaneously first. If more then 2 - 3 users,.
