The rating system does not allow a 1/2 star increase, otherwise I would rate this chair 4 1/2 stars. I have owned this chair for 8 months now. I don't like 5 wheelchairs so I bought this chair for my home office when the pandemic forced me to work from home. I need a chair that works well on carpet. The chair is comfortable, stable and well made. I can sit for a long time without any problems. I have a bit of a hard time walking back and forth, but I don't mind. What I particularly lack are adjustable armrests because my desk is higher than my chair so I don't have support for my forearms and elbows when typing on a computer keyboard.
