Received it in the mail fairly quickly which was nice. I originally bought this because my boyfriend complained that I grind my teeth a lot at night. I boiled some water and put it in and it took a few tries to get it to fit my teeth properly, but seems comfortable and comfortable enough. The little pieces of rubber that were attached to it started falling off even before I put it in the water. I don't know how important they are, but it doesn't really bother me that some are missing now. In general everything is pretty good.
