This is my second bottle to order and it is making a huge difference to my workout! If you like to sweat, this is for you! I suggest starting small, take 5ml first maybe for 1 or 2 days, if you tolerated well then 10ml the next day and if you are still ok after 10 go up to 15ml. Now drink i 15 ml. Just wait 15 minutes to start exercising after consumption. All in all worth every penny. It's stimulant-free, but when you're doing cardio, expect your heart rate to increase. It gives you energy but without getting jittery.
