I got 2 of these for my Honda Civic LX 07 after the site that put my new tires on found that the camber on my rear wheels was MUCH less and they couldn't set it up. They wanted me to pay over $700 for the parts and labor to replace it (like the mechanics would do) and then another $70 for alignment.
