I would like to give this air filter a five star rating. It's compact and unobtrusive. It's not too loud - even on the highest setting. I like to use essential oils to smell the air. BUT. I can only give it three stars at the moment because the ONLY reason I chose it over others (and there's plenty to choose from) is because it was advertised with an additional free filter. Finding filters after purchase seems to be a common frustration when reading competitor product reviews, so for me it was a selling point. And guess what. There is no additional filter in my package. I left the seller a review and received no response. I like and need the product so I will not be returning it because of this. But what I would really like - and what would change this rating to five stars - is if the seller/manufacturer responded and sent me that extra filter.
