Review on Aduro Sport Hydration Hydro Pro Adjustable by Besim Kahsar

The fabric or material is lighter than other bike fire hydrants I've bought making them suitable for small children. I bought this for my 7 year old and it's a bit big for him so I tie the straps around his neck to keep him secure and prevent the backpack from slipping off his shoulders. The bubble was what I expected at this price point. The packaging opening design is not ideal for removing the bladder or filling it while in the packaging. For what I took points off it's for the quality of tailoring. The entire seam line at the top where the backpack carry handle is located is completely offset and divergent. I needed it immediately so I didn't send it back. I took a needle and thread and reinforced 3 times. Now it can be used, but my handwork doesn't look very good. Update: The seller contacted me regarding the product and guaranteed satisfaction. I sent them a photo of the stitching then they gave me the option of replacing or refunding it. I opted for a replacement but the original color was not available so I subsequently opted for a refund. Customer service was as good as you'd expect, so at least we know that if there's a problem with a product, they're very quick to respond.
