I purchased these in order to save a buck from my previous purchase of Blumat water spikes. I was a little surprised with the quality of these spikes. I was extremely concerned because the little ends of the pipe had popped off on a couple of them but it was an easy fix and i didn't have time to reorder. Honestly it was a 50/50 result. I came home to some of the plants being burnt and others that were okay (not thriving). I'm lucky that i live in a subtropical environment and its the rainy season right now because honestly, i don't think my plants would have made it without mother nature having a hand in their survival. Lesson learned- Im going to buy Blumat and would recommend them over this. Its a little more but worth it because at least my plants were in better shape in the hotter months.
