Review on MsJune Womens Vintage Petticoats Crinolines by Charles Stennis

Not my favorite packaging but it works. I could have made a prettier and fuller one with my own tulle and elastic for less than this but didn't have time to make it as it was a last minute addition to my costume. I bought a black tutu and it's a bit small, although the size chart clearly says it should fit me, so consider getting a size up, you can always pin it to make it tighter if it's too is loose. The combination within the pack was white, while the pack itself and the outer layer were black. I was afraid that the inner white layer would not show through well, but everything worked out. The jumpsuit is also very tight and slid down my bum all night, which may be the reason it was too tight around the jumpsuit itself. I also don't care how they sewed the tulle to the jumpsuit and elastic. It's in short sections so unless you keep it fluffy it will have bare areas through which you can see the black outer layer of the jumpsuit, not the actual tulle. I thought it was longer, but it actually only comes down to mid-thigh. a little short for my comfort as a big fat girl. I was hoping it would be knee length but I put on leggings and it was good enough. Next time I need a tutu I'll probably go to the fabric store to buy materials for mine. !
