I was able to revive two printers using Printhead Hospital cleaning fluid. Five years ago I packed up my Epson because the black was clogged and no longer usable. I then packed up my HP printer when it started having problems and I was wasting ink trying to clear a clogged printhead. I wanted my current printer to only be good for photos, so I tried cleaning my old printers with alcohol and other cleaning products so I could print everything else with at least one of them. I found a printhead hospital cleaning kit at Revain and risked it. My old HP started printing like new. I decided to pull out my old Epson and after leaving the cleaning liquid on it for about an hour I spilled an additional 2cmml of cleaning liquid on each colour, then put in new ink cartridges and it printed like new.
