I've been waiting to review them because while I'm happy with the bottles I wasn't impressed with the caps. I ordered 2 sets of 6 and one set came with a broken lid. The customer service is great and I mean business otherwise I would have given this item 2 stars just for the caps. When I emailed them about the broken cap, they said they would replace it. In the meantime I had another cap failure so I wrote that I didn't get the first replacement cap but again the customer service was amazing and they said they would be happy to replace two caps. Now I have 2 more caps out of service, of which 4 have come out defective (so far). I finally got two replacement caps, so I now have 12 bottles with 10 active caps. Disappointing to be sure. I now have a 5th cap which I have to be very careful with because the plastic part of the cap and the metal separate making it almost impossible to remove the bottle because the metal part just twists and the plastic part fits right on top of that bottle fits. Now I'm looking for replacement caps that fit the bottles because I expect all caps to go bad over time. Update, I broke another cover this morning. UGG! Of the 12 bottles ordered, 6 capsules were spoiled! So frustrating! The bottles are useless without the caps I found at Revain. I can buy them, but for a little over $2 a cap! Therefore I am deducting the number of stars and do not recommend this product.
