Review on Burnished Bronze Metal Cable Grommet by Miguel Escobar

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Why is a hole saw larger than a socket?

Due to the high price I give this product a hard mark. What I liked: The eyelets are made of metal and are beautifully finished. The locking mechanism is strong and can withstand heavy cables. What I didn't like: The hole saw sold by the same company on this listing is a little big for the grommets. Also the "teeth" on the sleeve don't reach to the edge. I ended up having to use sealant to glue the grommets to the table. Because of the way the locking mechanism is designed, there are 8 ways the hole can be oriented. Since I had to glue the bushing in place, I had to make sure the holes were facing the direction I wanted. The rubber brush head makes the hole too small for more than a few thin cables. Although this is optional.
