Firstly, I am partly to blame for my disappointment. I wanted cotton. This thick polyester skirt is not dissimilar to the multi-knit homewear of the 80's. I couldn't find a stretch cotton straight fit maxi in my size so I ordered this one. Nice skirt. It's well made, true to size, has good stretch. The length is PERFECT; it hangs below my ankles and barely touches the ground. It's thicker than I expected. I will keep and wear it. But I'll still look for the skirt I really want.
