Bought these to make parts for my 2003 Ford Taurus. None of the keys work when I try to program them (I have 2 master keys and I can follow the instructions). I contacted the company and asked for a refund - first they asked for the make of my car and some other details, but now they are not willing to refund the money because I have exceeded the 3 month warranty (which is not listed anywhere) . can find?). My local locksmith sells, cuts and programs a new key for $50 - it's more expensive than this but at least the money stays local and they will actually support their product. Key message: bad company, bad product.
