Content Management Systems are software tools that allow you to create, edit, publish, and maintain web pages.
I used them on a project where I had about 10 different stakeholders and different types of content. It was very confusing and we spent way too much time trying to figure out who owned what piece of content. After the initial training, they came back a couple of weeks later and helped us get organized. They created workflows so that we could easily send messages, assign tasks, get approval and update information on the fly. When there were issues, they would solve them right away. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
