I use these to plug all my listening devices wherever they go are I have a serious situation , but suffice it to say that they are very handy to temporarily or regularly protect my devices from eavesdropping. The lids on these are unscrewable for those who want to solder and build with it. I unscrewed and re-glued the caps as I only use them to connect a microphone to the audio in/out of my laptop and smartphone. In fact I will be ordering more to give to some of the pros I know.
