Failed quickly. The water quickly eroded the valve seat.

Updated on 05/12/17: Failed quickly. The water quickly washed away the valve's brass seat, and now it no longer shuts off the water. Now it's useless! Brass is bad at it. A needle valve is typically used to precisely limit the amount of water to a small flow rate. This use requires a stainless steel seat. This one doesn't have that.
