I just received this today and the box had a couple of holes in it which I found odd considering it was in ANOTHER box that I could get to. Then I took it apart to put it back together and I found that it was NOT NEW, it was USED! It must have been a comeback or something! There are greasy fingerprints on it, scraps of paper at the bottom of the basket and when I turned it over there were uncut strips of paper in the blades! If I'm paying that much for something that needs to be brand new, let it be brand new! So give it back!
