Minus one star for each grinder from each manufacturer for exaggerating their performance. There is no way this shredder can handle 8 sheets of anything but the thinnest rice paper. I threw in 6 sheets of junk mail, he started moaning. But the reverse switch worked as expected and nothing stuck. Otherwise it's a great product for the price.
