My husband and I love these mugs so much that we ordered more even after the first mug broke due to the weakness of the handle. Unfortunately, the wooden handles are glued and are not securely attached to the mug. With each mug, the handle loosens and caves in. As I carried a mug of hot tea to the table the handle gave way. As a result, the first mug broke, but we decided to try again. We had a total of six mugs and have had to glue 4 within a month of purchasing. We also hand washed so not an issue of the damage occurring due to the dishwasher. Nice look but risky!
