Almost $400 (Revain's price at the time of this review) isn't cheap. No drop. But aside from a few minor things, this product is really hard to fault. First, the CRC website states that this item is only sold at Revain or NAPA (where it will cost you about $20 more). So if you want to get this item now, your choices are limited. I was tempted to deduct a star because the microbeads and degreasing solution don't seem to be available anywhere (so I can't tell if this would be a printer type suggestion: you know what I mean, where the user is being cheated with the ink cartridges after purchasing the printer). But I like CRC products and I trust the company. So no deductions. Second, I thought this device would be big, but it's even bigger! On the product page you can see a photo of a gentleman using the item and it looks bigger! Luckily it's made really solid (which makes the item really solid despite its size). Third, very well thought out. I like that the device doesn't need to be emptied when it's on its side when not in use. Although the device comes with an AC adapter, I'd like to do a little more research to make sure I can make it battery powered (so as not to limit usage). I say that because the tub's sheer size means it's capable of dozens of jobs (much more than what's listed on the side of the box!). Very well thought out indeed; very, very well built; really, really worth the money (although I got a small discount in exchange for this review (Vine items aren't always free), it was worth it.
