Beautiful filling for stockings. This is a simple portable game. The goal is to be the first to find a card that matches the described alien. You then save that card and either whoever has the most cards wins or whoever reaches a certain number of cards first wins. the person who remembers who had it can steal it. The instructions don't say if it's normal gameplay that you just skip it when it's already built, or if you can steal it while still looking up. I think stealing is more fun. In theory, you can keep stealing cards until all unclaimed cards are taken. This will take forever though, you'll probably want to stick with the card collecting attitude. I like the concept of the game being its own storage container. The lid is difficult to remove and the metal can is not very thick. On the other hand, your child might need help opening them so they don't lose the pieces while you're not watching 😆
