The product and its containers are very neatly designed, well organized and presented. However, my cat is over ten years old, exactly fourteen, and would not climb into a multi-container tray of this product. So I couldn't get a urine sample to take her to the vet. When I added his normal litter to this product hoping to get a sample he was still not using his box and was very frustrated that he had to wait. I mixed a lot more filler with the NOSORB bricks and he ended up using the box. Then there was no way to get a sample. The product seemed fine to me except that it feels rough and hard on cat paws. Even if these stones were flipped to smooth the edges, I think my cat would still refuse to use the box of this product. I'm sorry it didn't work. If he uses it I would give this product five stars. I will probably use the leftover undiscovered stone as a drainage stone in flower pots. The containers are good and I will find a use for them, maybe for storing flower seeds.
