Review on Idefair by Timothy Wall

To begin with, nobody on staff seemed particularly eager to help me out or answer any of my queries. I asked for guidance in locating a certain item, and I was met with irritation and imprecise directions. They clearly didn't care if I had a good time shopping there. Second, I had a problem with a product I bought, but sending it back was a huge hassle. The personnel was unhelpful, and it took forever to get my problem fixed. As a result, I was left feeling irritated and let down. Idefair's boasts about its superior customer service are, on the whole, unsubstantiated hype. They stand out from the competition in the worst possible manner due to their disinterest in assisting customers and poor handling of issues. Because of the poor quality of the customer care I received, I will not be returning to Idefair.
