To begin with, nobody on staff seemed particularly eager to help me out or answer any of my queries. I asked for guidance in locating a certain item, and I was met with irritation and imprecise directions. They clearly didn't care if I had a good time shopping there. To begin, the products that were sent to me were not of very high quality. They did not live up to the expectations set forth on the website, and a few of them even arrived broken. When I called their customer service department to request a return, I was met with staff members who were unresponsive, unhelpful, and seemed disinterested in my problem. The procedure that they used to return items was a complete and utter nightmare. It was very difficult to get in touch with their customer service
