Review on Remote Utilities by Christopher Sullivan

I've used this product since it was just released but have never been disappointed with the ease of setup or anything else with this product. This is an excellent solution for remote support. I have no complaints about it at all! The ability to connect to clients from home has helped me be more productive through working remotely. It's very easy to set up, the instructions are clear and concise, and the product does exactly what it promises. It's easy to set up and manage, and it works well with other programs that I use. There are some things about the interface that could be improved (for example, the "New Connection" dialog box should have labels rather than text boxes). But overall, this is a great tool for managing multiple computers. I use it to troubleshoot computers at home and at work. It has also made it easier to manage files from my laptop when traveling.
