Description of Remote Utilities

Remote Utilities is remote desktop software for secure access to workstations, servers and laptops over a LAN and via the Internet. You can view the remote PC screen and control its mouse and keyboard as if you were sitting right in front of the PC. With RU you can provide technical support to your customers and help your friends and family members. The program is free for business and personal use for up to 10 remote PCs.

Excellent Remote Desktop Software - Works Great With Other Products

I've used this product since it was just released but have never been disappointed with the ease of setup or anything else with this product. This is an excellent solution for remote support. I have no complaints about it at all! The ability to connect to clients from home has helped me be more productive through working remotely. It's very easy to set up, the instructions are clear and concise, and the product does exactly what it promises. It's easy to set up and manage, and it works well…

Great Product for Remote Team Collaboration

I like that this product allows me full functionality without having my computer hooked directly into it's own network or internet connection which makes life easier by not needing constant updates from Microsoft! This has been great so far because we have needed something simple but powerful at times with our small team here who are scattered all around different states/countries - especially when working remotely sometimes there isn't much else one could do other than just sit back & relax…

Pros
  • The ease for everyone involved in completing projects, whether individually assigned as well within large groups alike.
  • Easy access via remote means too
  • Suitable compatibility across multiple operating systems / platforms including mobile devices along side desktop computers etc.Very easy software interface; quick response speeds while performing tasks both individual&/or group oriented

Very helpful in troubleshooting computers

I like all aspects about this product it just works great with no problems at all! It has been easy using so far even though my computer have some issues sometimes but nothing big enough that not working or getting fixed quickley!! Not much i dislike yet maybe more things could be added/fixed? Maybe better looking UI would make me preferrable tho :). Just give them try they are good products very helpful when needed tooo. We get into our clients computers easily without any problem now we dont

  • Makes finding certain files easier than ever before (i don't know why someone wouldn' t use something as wonderful)
