The best thing about this tool is that it can be used for both B2B as well as business-to consumer campaigns, which makes sense since we are targeting multiple audiences with different needs in each case (eCommerce vs lead generation).
It's not easy at first glance but once you get familiarized - everything starts working like magic! There were some minor glitches during our pilot run when using their demo account; however they have been resolved now so far I'm very happy how things turned out overall.- Data quality issues sometimes occurred if there was no activity or clicks within an hour before sending reports back into Marketing Cloud / Hubspot etc., even though impressions had increased accordingly over time after being sent via API call directly through Salesforce Chatter platform instead. This has improved significantly recently thanks mostly due to new features added last year such as "Time Zones" feature allowing us adjust reporting.
