Decent after sales service
When the hitch arrived it did not come with mounting hardware. When I called the support service, a week later I received all the necessary equipment. Installing it on my 1992 Chevy K1500 was pretty easy, but I'd recommend getting a friend to help. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.
