Excellent sound quality. Installation is easy, although attaching and detaching the device to the helmet requires some effort at first. My only issue was the bluetooth connection and conflict with other devices. If you have other devices, it will take a few tries, what takes precedence and so on. I have to turn off the HDavidson Boom radio every time I start it, even though I know I can "forget" the device and be done with it. It only takes a few seconds and you're done. When switching to intercom mode, everything else is silent. So if you're getting directions from an app on your phone and you're in the middle of a set of turns, for example, and your partner calls you on the intercom, you can forget to get your next directions or turn. As I said, it takes a few kilometers to get used to it. We did 500 miles over the weekend and when we got home we had it all figured out.
