This stuff works surprisingly well! I had to wear them all day in 90+ degree weather, and they didn't peel at all. I'm an A cup and I think my nips are average sized. I wore a thin patterned shirt, and a tight patterned shirt, and couldn't see the edges either time. There is gauze or a soft part in the middle so the sticky part won't go on your sensitive parts. It hurt less than pulling off a bandaid when I took them off.
