Frustrated Frustrated Customer

I was so excited to get a bird bath today. As soon as UPS delivered my packages, I opened it. it didn't look NEW. It was scratched, I thought it was dirty, I washed it with Zarya and gently scratched it, nothing came off. he is scratched! I am very disappointed that my kids don't have a clear and new bird bath.😞
