Excellent Communication Software: Deutsche Telekom Contact Center

I like most about this product is that it has great features which makes our job easy with its excellent customer service, It's also very flexible in making changes to improve work efficiency.

The interface of the software are not user friendly for new employees who have no experience using computer systems and programs or mobile devices as they can be confusing at times when you don't use them often and need extra training from your supervisor if needed. This softwares help us out by providing effective way communication between customers/employees since we now able to connect easily without having issues regarding voice call quality & security concern etc..

  • Their fast response whenever any issue faced while working online will truly appreciate such kind attitude towards problem solving process instead than just giving negative feedback only because something wrong happen so much better approach rather then keeping complaints alone especially after being promised otherwise good performance throughout entire
