The first thing you should do after buying a new laptop is to buy a screen protector. I used to buy Megoo protectors for me and my family because of their high quality. My previous Microsoft Surface Book died from water a week ago (my daughter's cold water bottle in my backpack with the lid tightly closed, so that was the only condensation that killed my 1.7 year old laptop). But when you open it, remove the protective film and cover, it looks like new. So I ordered a screen protector an hour after buying a new laptop. Obviously I was in a rush and when I received my order, which happened fairly quickly and earlier than expected, it turned out that I couldn't stick it properly on the screen (first my thought was "Oh! Design!"), Since I ordered a screen for Microsoft Surface but not Microsoft Surface Book (so double check what you're ordering when ordering), I asked the seller to verify my order and they confirmed that fact, but what was the surprise written next to this confirmation? The seller offered to replace my product without refunding the previous one? Do many companies do this? Probably not. So I would like to take this opportunity to thank MEGOO for both their excellent product and excellent customer service.
