Review on Conair Yellow Bird Dryer Model by Catherine Dierdorff

I would not recommend this dryer. This one didn't even make it a full 4 months! I'm so angry I got this on 12/21/18 and here is 6/4/19 and it's not working. I used to have a Yellow Bird dryer BEFORE my kids were born, they are 11 and 13 years old. Unfortunately I had to replace it because we dropped it so many times that cracks appeared and we were worried about safety but never did. stop working. Well, this dryer is just poorly made, even though it should be the same brand. The first indication of inferior quality was that the comb attachment wasn't that secure, but I dealt with the fact that the comb eventually fell off because it worked. Well, fast forward, and the overvoltage (or "Test: Reset" button) causes the dryer not to even turn on. I checked FOUR outlets in my house and same thing. Too bad companies don't make quality products anymore. They export their products to China and we get inferior products. I will contact this company to find out what kind of refund and approval I can get.
