My honest opinion! suitable for whey
less ingredients and a little cheaper. Many protein powders have a long list of ingredients, some of which I have no idea. I chose this Now Sports unflavored protein powder because of good reviews based on my research. The reviews here on Amazon were mixed up with people saying it tasted awful which got me a little confused. I have to say that the taste isn't unpleasant, in fact it's like milk without the sugar, so maybe adding something will definitely improve the taste, believe me, it's not that bad. everyone has different taste buds. Love this, a very decent powder and it has BCAAs in it too.
