This is my first experience without an HP printer. I bought this printer 10 months ago. The first one I received worked for about 4-5 months. After troubleshooting, they sent me a new printer. I installed a new printer which copied well and when the print function worked everything was fine. It recently stopped finding my Wi-Fi network. Yesterday I spent an hour with people from Epson who were being moved from one agent to another. I was told to contact my WiFi provider who then directed me to the router manufacturer. After an hour with them I was told the printer had a previous router IP and the printer needed to be reset. After another 2 1/2 hours, Epson passed it on from person to person and finally to "Customer Support". I was told that the printer only works with 2.4GHz [?] routers. I was having nothing but problems with this printer, no solution was offered to me and at this point I was back in printer purchase mode. The printer is unreliable, the customer service sucks, the ink is too expensive and of course I'm not a happy tourist. DO NOT BUY EPSON!
