Looks almost like the picture
Lousy! In the photo, the paper looks like foil. Shiny and beautiful. When it arrived it was boring and quite ugly. Balloons aren't even the same color. They are matte and don't even stand out from each other. Very disappointing for Hallmark paper which is quite expensive.
