This set is perfect because it contains everything we need after swimming lessons with children. I have found that even with regular shampoo/body wash, using a cleaning sponge in the shower seems to do more to get rid of the chlorine smell than just body wash. So, even though the instructions say to use your hands, we used an exfoliating stool. The body wash smells great, contains some physical scrubs and works well to get rid of the chlorine smell. Children didn't smell like bleach afterwards and their skin didn't dry out. The cooling effect of the menthol in the shower lotion is noticeable, but not so strong that my kids wouldn't be able to handle it. The shampoo smells good and my hair is very soft afterwards. We only use conditioner when my daughter's hair has been long so have not tried it as her hair is now short.
