I needed a second monitor but didn't want to buy a bulky monitor as it would take up too much space on my desk. It was exactly what I needed. Unfortunately when I first ordered this the monitor would make a high pitched whirring noise and the monitor would not turn off when I turned off my MacBook. I emailed support explaining the issue I was having and they offered a full refund or device replacement. No problem, the process went smoothly and the support team answered me. The plug-in worked perfectly, silently and without high-frequency noise. Plugged in and working on my MacBook M1 Pro laptop. The monitor turned off when I turned off my MacBook. Everything worked as it should!
