Cross camping across the country from our wish list. For 189 days, this little rug withstood snow, rain, beach sand, desert sun and ice on a mountaintop. We weren't particularly careful. Sometimes we practically abused it. Once, when a storm suddenly broke out, I quickly parked a truck on it so it wouldn't be blown away by the wind. I didn't expect it to hold up so well. He still looks great. Camping chairs never left their niches. My dog's claws have never caught him. As it is not a carpet material, rain penetrates through and it never smells of mildew, although it has often been packed and stored damp. I almost didn't buy it but I'm very glad I did.
