It is usable and has the same ink level as the original 61XL. However, my printer gives an early warning of low ink and the gauge shows no ink. Don't worry if you see this on your printer. There is more ink in the cartridge. After no ink message appeared on my printer, I was able to use it for a month. Just keep using it until it really runs out. Just to note that the print quality is not as good as the original ink cartridge, but that doesn't mean that this cartridge has poor print quality. Still satisfactory print quality. Considering the ink price, I can still recommend this cartridge.
