No better than my cotton towel and more difficult to use on my long hair. It's soft, light, and relatively easy to use when you can style all your hair in it. Oh, and there's no mention of "organic" on the product at all, which explains the low price. In fact, eco-friendly organic bamboo is expensive. Update: The seller emailed me and offered an unconditional refund or their microfiber version as a free replacement after seeing my review. They really care about customer satisfaction and it's not like some companies bribe you with money in exchange for a 5 star review. It's nice to know that good and honest customer service is still important to some. I have not received a refund or replacement from them but was moved by their willingness to ensure I am happy and promised to update my review. I originally gave 2 stars but I will upgrade to 4 for their service.
