I like that it's easy to share files with your friends, colleagues or even people in other countries using DropBox! My colleague could upload documents he got through email attachments without having them sent by his client directly into any specific folder of their PC/Laptop - just dropboxed all her work-related stuff straight up onto our cloud server from anywhere she was currently at home (and vice versa). It also allows you access remotely when they're not around, so if there are tasks which need working while away such as for my accounting software where i'm doing financial reports etc., this can be done whilst still maintaining privacy online via an encrypted connection between us both rather than going back & forth constantly during office hours trying to ask questions over IM chat / Skype which makes more traffic across the network. It's easy to use, it works well with other apps like Dropbox or Google Drive. You can also access your files from anywhere. I dislike that you have to pay for storage if you don't want to upgrade your account. If you're looking to save space and share files easily between multiple people, this is the perfect product! We can store our files in one place instead of having multiple folders spread across different locations. This makes things easier when collaborating on projects.
