Unfortunately, my interactions with this firm were not positive. I placed an order for several light fittings for my house, and was pleasantly surprised by the variety offered and the low cost. The arrival of my purchase was marred, however, by the discovery that several of the items had been broken in transit. Unfortunately, I experienced a slow response time and ineffective solutions when I contacted customer support. It took several days and several tries, but we were eventually able to replace the broken items. Still, the quality of the replacement fixtures was not as high as that of the ones I had originally purchased. Overall, my interactions with this firm left me feeling frustrated and unhappy. Tanbaby's lighting fixtures are reasonably priced, but the company's careless treatment of their products and its slow customer service make it hard to suggest it to others.
