Pads only, additional parts may be needed.
These are pads that can be replaced with worn ones. The metal pressure distribution base plate must be retained for use with them. I didn't have one (bought a new caliper so didn't buy the rebuild kit that came with the plate, the new caliper didn't come with the plate), had to cut one out of some scrap metal.
